Sports Hall Athletics The club compete
in Sports Hall fixtures over the winter, for it's younger athletes. For U11's and U13's, there are 2 league fixtures in the Berkshire Sports Hall League. There is also a Berkshire Sports Hall Championships for U13's
and U15's held in late November. There
is also a seperate U11 Championships held in February/March Southern and National Indoor Track and Field Championships Details of the SEAA Indoor Track and Field Championships can be found and downloaded from the download section of the website. Details of the National Indoor Champs will follow ASAP |
Indoor Track and Field Athletics
There is various Indoor competitons over the winter, Open Meetings are held over the winter season
at the Thames Valley Athletics Centre, whilst the Berkshire Indoor Championships are held in December.
There are also regional and National Indoor Championships that athletes can enter.
Indoor Open Meetings held at TVAC Eton Listed
below are 4 Indoor meeting's held at TVAC, Eton duing the winter. The meeting's run from 1pm-5pm.You do not have to
pre-enter, you just turn up and register on the day. Registration for this begins at 11.30am. All age groups may compete,
so it is open to everyone. Listed below are the dates and the events contested for that date: Sunday December 6th, 2009 60m 60mH Pole Vault and High Jump Sunday January 3rd, 2010 60m 60mH Shot Put, Triple Jump and Long Jump Saturday February 6th, 2010 60m 60mH Pole Vault and High Jump Sunday March 7th, 2010 60m 60mH Shot Put, Triple Jump and Long Jump Registration from 11.30 and £5 per event Flat & hurdles two rounds with hurdles following flat. |
