U11 events commence at 5.15pm

U13 & U15 events commence at 7.30pm with registration from 6.45pm in the Clubhouse and warm-up from 7.00pm

£3.50 fee covers entry to one, two or all three events

Order of events for each age group

U11 - Vortex howler throw then 150m then 1000m

U13 - 200m (B)/150m (G) then Javelin then 1200m (G)/1500m (B) plus Pole Vault

U15 - 200m then Javelin then 1500m plus Pole Vault
